Tuesday....

Breakfast: 1/2 c. granola, 1/2 c. yogurt
Lunch: 1 1/2 c. vege lentil soup, 16 crackers, 1 banana
Snack: mini package Mike n. Ike, 1/3 c. granola, 1/2 c. yogurt
Dinner: 1 waffle, 1/2 c. strawberries, syrup
Snack: 4 c. popcorn

Today's reason to lose weight: I am worth the work!
